In order to provide the best customer experience possible, we use a product called Zendesk to manage all our incoming tickets (jobs) and communication about those jobs.
Rather than writing down details notes on your invoice, or keeping a collection of emails detailing the work done. we instead give you access to all of these tickets to answer most of the billing queries you have.
Every ticket currently has a ticket number. This will be formated like this - #485
