Ensure you have 1 file per person or shared folder. eg.
- John Smith
- Jane Smith
- Anna Smith
- SF - Executive(John and Jane)
- SF - All Company (John, Jane, Anna)
This would be 5 separate files.
Do not put the same password in multiple files, instead use a shared folder if you want to share a password.
Filling in the Spreadsheet
The fields you must fill in are;
- URL (website)
- Grouping (organises passwords into folders)
- Name (makes it easier to identify sites)
- Extra (any notes you may need)
Once you have these documents put together make sure you password protect them before emailing them to us.
You can also put secure notes into your lastpass account after deployment. These include the following types;
- Bank Account Details
- Drivers License
- Health Insurance
- Software License
- SSH Key
- Wi Fi
