Many new customers of the NBN are finding that having made the switch, their internet speeds are slower than before.
To get to the bottom of this, David Bevan spoke to telecommunications analyst Ian Martin this morning about why speeds are often less than they were on the copper network.
Although he is a fan of the “well-built network”, Martin says it is the cost of the bandwidth that is the real issue.
