Both Microsoft and Google offer free plans to help cut down the cost for not-for-profit IT expenditure. Making this simple move to the cloud can be one of the best things that you can do to help remove the burden of unreliable and sub-standard IT. If you are currently running your own Microsoft exchange servers at the moment, you will save at least $5000 a year by moving the cloud. Organisations who don’t currently have an Exchange server will see productivity gains as everyone can seamlessly collaborate online.
