Are you a non-profit? see Office 365 and Google Apps for Not-For-Profits.
There are many different ways to buy cloud services with Microsoft. Each has their own pros and cons and which model you chose will be dependent on your business requirements.
Advisor Model
Under this model, we make no recurring revenue from your office 365 licenses its it's required that you self-manage your own office 365 tenant. In this model, you are essentially on your own most of the time. We can only provide limited support on this option, as our focus must be on the businesses that engage us under the CSP model.
Billing: Microsoft Directly
Support Options: Microsoft Direct, Uptake Digital
Management: You
Ideal for: hobby business, businesses that don't employ staff, cash-strapped startups, businesses where downtime has little to no impact on the bottom line.
Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Model
The Cloud Solution Provider model is the prefered model for established businesses. Under this model, Uptake Digital works in conjunction with a large Microsoft partner (Rhipe) to deliver the best possible Office 365 experience.
The number one benefit to this model is our unlimited, 24x7 cloud support product that comes at a fixed monthly fee. This gives the business certainty that they can pick up the phone and work with an Australian based call centre to sort out any Office 365 issues that might come up.
Billing: Uptake Digital
Support Options: Uptake Digital, Cloud Support
Management: Uptake Digital
Ideal for: Businesses 3-300 seats that require a managed cloud solution.

Summary
In short, if you have more time than money, then the advisor model might be for you. If however, you have more important things to do than to learn, support and manage your own Office 365, CSP is the only way to go.
