Purpose
Every office 365 customer can acknowledge a microsoft partner who helps them with office 365. Partners are measured by the amount of customers they help so adding a partner to your subscriptions can greatly improve the level of engagement microsoft has with that partner.
The more engagement we have with Microsoft - the better the outcomes we can deliver for you. At no extra cost to you, you can help improve our efforts to develop valuable content and tools like the ones in this
Cost and Privacy
Designating Uptake Digital as your Partner does not cost you anything, does not give us access to your emails etc, and has no impact on the support you already receive from Microsoft.

Partner ID: 5292639
- Sign in to Office 365 with your work or school account.
- Select the app launcher icon
in the upper-left and choose Admin.
- Select PURCHASE SERVICES.
- Select Buy now from the expanded menu on the bottom of each listed service.
- To add a new partner, expand Need help with your order? and choose Get assistance from a Microsoft Partner.
Follow the steps on the Pinpoint page to either search for, or to get matched with a partner.
- If you already have a partner, in the second step of the Check out wizard, in the right pane, under Partner information, select add.
- Type the Microsoft Partner ID for the partner you’re adding. (4536546)
- Complete the rest of the wizard to finish buying your subscriptions.
- Sign in to Office 365 with your work or school account.
- Select the app launcher icon
in the upper-left and choose Admin.
- Go to the Subscriptions page:
- Choose Billing > Subscriptions, or
- Under billing, select View and edit subscriptions.
- If you have more than one subscription, select the subscription you want to edit in the left pane.
- Under the subscription name and cost, select More actions > Add partner of record.
- Type the Microsoft Partner ID for the partner you’re adding, select Check ID, and then Submit. (4536546)
- The partner ID displays on the Subscriptions page.
- Go to the Subscriptions page:
- Choose Billing > Subscriptions, or
- Under billing, select View and edit subscriptions.
- If you have multiple subscriptions, select the name of the subscription you want to edit.
- Under the Partner ID, select Edit partner of record.
- Type the new Microsoft Partner ID for the partner you’re adding, select Check ID, and then Submit. (4536546)
- The partner ID displays on the Subscription details page.
- Go to the Subscriptions page:
- Choose Billing > Subscriptions, or
- Under billing, select View and edit subscriptions.
- If you have multiple subscriptions, select the name of the subscription you want to edit.
- Under the Partner ID, select Edit partner of record.
- On the Partner information page, clear the partner ID box, and then select Submit.
Data that Partner Of Record Collects
Microsoft shares the following info on your customer in the dashboard once we become the partner of record:
- Customer ID & Customer Name
- Customer’s Azure Consumption data which may include info such as
- Subscription ID, Name and key subscription attributes such as subscription start date,end date etc.
- Consumption dollar amount on a monthly basis
- Partner of Record association and disassociation dates.
- Customers’ Seat utilization which may include
- Subscription ID, Name and key subscription attributes such as subscription start date, end date etc.
- Seat utilization details such as seats sold and seats deployed
- O365 Active Use data
- Attributes such as qualified entitlements and unique active users.
- Dynamics 365 Active Use data
- Attributes such as qualified available seats, qualified assigned seats, and active seats.
