Link us to your Telstra Marketplace Account

If you’ve been allocated the ‘company admin’ role, you can log in and link or unlink a Telstra partner at any time.

Link a Telstra partner
STEP 1: Log in to the marketplace
STEP 2: Select the ‘account’ tab
STEP 3: Go to ‘company settings’
STEP 4: Select ‘add a Telstra partner’
STEP 5: Fill in the Telstra partner’s details and select ‘save’

You will receive a confirmation email.

Unlink a Telstra partner
STEP 1: From the ‘company settings’ page, select ’remove link’ next to the Telstra partner you’d like to unlink
STEP 2: Select ‘save’

You will receive a confirmation email.
