The Cloud Solution Provider model is the prefered model for established businesses. Under this model, Uptake Digital works in conjunction with a large Microsoft partner (Rhipe) to deliver the best possible Office 365 experience.
The number one benefit to this model is our unlimited, 24x7 cloud support product that comes at a fixed monthly fee. This gives the business certainty that they can pick up the phone and work with an Australian based call centre to sort out any Office 365 issues that might come up.
